I love it when kids get excited enough about science to go out and do something about it. That's why I'm digging Jeffrey Tang - who's 10 - because he created the Astronomy For Kids podcast, where he talks about different astronomical things. The first podcast went up in February 2012 ("The Solar System") and he's done others on Stars, the Moon, Saturn, and gravity. They're only a few minutes long, perfect for a kid to listen to, and the ones I listened to were accurate and covered the ground pretty well. They're also interesting and fun! If you have a kid who likes science, I bet they'll like this podcast. And I can see these being played in schools, too. Who better to connect with kids than another kid?
