I know many of you have been a little frustrated by the transition here and especially your ability to leave comments effectively. I understand and appreciate your frustrations - any time there is a change like this, it isn't really until the shakedown that real problems come out, and that is what we're seeing. I can give you at least some guidance here if you haven't figured it out already (however, it seems many of you have).

A lot of basic HTML works in the comment boxes:

Bold is allowed by <b></b> or <strong></strong>

Italics is allowed by <i></i> or <em></em>

A link is allowed using <a href="URL></a>

I know that many of you are used to the latitude that Moveable Type offered on ScienceBlogs, however here there is still some work and transitioning going on behind the scenes in terms of the blogging and blog reading/commenting experience, so again, ...
