My latest DeSmogBlog item is up. It's a discussion of new research by Stanford's Jon Krosnick that backs up a longstanding fear that many of us have: "Balanced" news coverage (including Fox News' skeptic heavy news coverage) causes people to have greater doubts about mainstream climate science. Not surprising, perhaps. But until Krosnick's work, I had not seen this longstanding concern backed up by polling and social science data. You can read the full item here.
