Support for Your Commenting Issues

If you're still having issues with commenting, I have some information from DISQUS that should help. They have provided information about how to contact them directly to help resolve the issues. See the instructions below to try to get commenting working for you if you've been having problems since the DISQUS upgrade: Here is what they have told me: >>> If anyone reports loading issues, have them email us here: http://disqus.com/support/ We can efficiently process these and respond if they have the following: 1. In the subject line, enter "Can't load Disqus on Wired" 2. A link to a page which won't load 3. Which browser/version they're running, which they can find out here: http://supportdetails.com/ You can also ask if they have compatibility mode turned on on Internet Explorer 8, and if it gets fixed when turning it off.
