[Atlantic Sea Surface Temperatures: A Whole Lot of Energy Just Waiting for a Storm] I've just blogged over at the Daily Green about the latest tropical developments. I'm a bit stunned that we're on our fourth named Atlantic storm--and likely soon enough, our second hurricane--and it isn't yet August. This isn't good people.
