NOAA Releases Scientific Integrity Plan

The good news--another agency has put out a draft plan, and it can be found here. The bad news--Public Employees for Environmental Responsibility says the plan is flawed or inadequate in a number of ways. I haven't dug in yet to evaluate this critique--but follow the links to see what you think.
