Evidently, children in West Virginia are clamoring for it. Reminds me of the time when I was getting a tour of this mega landfill in Pennsylvania, for a feature story I did on garbage and environmental justice. At the end of the tour, the dump's manager handed me a plastic bag of goodies that included a coloring book about landfills. The company, Waste Management (WM), gave out these gift bags to kids that attended picnics WM hosted atop the dump.
