The Global Volcanism Program website seems to be returned from oblivion (huzzah!), and just in time for this week's USGS/SI Weekly Volcanic Activity Report.

There has been a significant increase in earthquakes at Kanlaon in the Philippines. The volcano usually produces small explosive eruptions.
To make life even more fun in the far east reaches of Russia, one of the volcanoes of the Kolokol Group produced a 6 km / 19,700 foot gas-and-steam plume. The Kolokol Group are part of the Kuril Islands south of the Kamchatka Peninsula.
On the flipside, Kizimen in Kamchatka has seen activity decrease back to background levels, with just normal steam plumes being produced.
The lava dome at Santa Maria in Guatemala produced small explosive along with the usual fumarolic activity associated with the volcano.
