While I can wax poetic on what's blatantly problematic with this approach to influence policy decisions, I expect readers already recognize when some advocacy group is attempting to take us all for a ride by way of alarmist scare tactics. It's possible Lieberman-Warner America's Climate Security Act of 2007 may bring us one practical step closer. That said, over any endorsement, my hope is that we all engage in the process by learning enough to make an informed decision for ourselves. Let's aim for reality over fictionalized humbuggery.
