I've arrived in Seattle, and woke up to an interview with myself in the Seattle Times. I think I actually am responsible for its contents. See here. The interview has its mildly entertaining moments. I'm off on a whirlwind: Appearing on KZOK radio, speaking at the U-Dub ("The Death of Science Journalism"), appearing on the NPR local affiliat KUOW, speaking at the Pacific Science Center ("Dumb, Getting Dumber? Scientific Illiteracy in America"). All this, and I don't even have a book out yet to promote. Oops....sorry Sheril. I jumped the gun. I guess the good news is that by the time your two bloggers actually go on book tour this summer, you can bet we'll have our talks down pat. More when I can muster it....
