I know, a lot of people think I come across as a general religion basher, but I don't think that's entirely fair. I restrict my polemics to fundamentalist religions, the ones that are so mired their own infallibility that they cannot see when the entire Universe is proving them wrong (cough cough creationism cough cough) -- and even then, generally only when they step on the toes of science (aka reality). It's blind faith I have a problem with. So that's why I love this Wellington Grey cartoon of a flowchart depicting science versus faith:
