The debut collection of 38-year-old Los Angeles–based psychologist Amy Sweetman puts fashion under the microscope with chemical-adorned accessories. What began as a hobby has expanded to eight science museums and an online boutique offering photomicrographs of the brain chemicals serotonin and dopamine, or estrogen and testosterone for the hormone-laden ensemble. “Vivid turquoise, reds, and purples add a little character to the standard business attire,” Sweetman says. And you can rest assured, crystallized adrenaline magnified 600 times and framed in sterling silver (pictured, $30) will set your heart racing.
