Nomination Time for the 2012 Pliny for Volcanic Event of the Year

The middle of December has arrived and only ~2 weeks are left before 2013 arrives (or 1 week until Apocalypse, if you're gullible). So, that means it is time to start voting for the 2012 Pliny! The Pliny is awarded to the top volcanic event of the year and although 2012 didn't sport much in the way of headline-grabbing giant eruptions, there are definitely plenty of events that should garner attention.
